Hayley McKee is a cookbook author, copywriter and owner of Sticky Fingers Bakery, a made-to-order cake business known for inventive cake flavours made with vegetables, homegrown herbs, edible flowers and Australian native ingredients.
Her baked creations have been commissioned by the likes of GoodFood, frankie, ABC Radio, Warner Brothers Music, The Australian Ballet and fashion house Romance Was Born.
Hayley's writing and recipes have been featured both internationally and locally, in publications such as in Vogue Living, Food52, frankie, Peppermint, The Weekend Australian Magazine, Dirty Furniture (UK), I Heart (FR) and Rookie (US).
